• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not create accounts for others without their permission
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

4.1 Definition of User Content

“User Content” includes poll titles, images uploaded for poll options, option labels, product URLs, report submissions, appeals, and any other content you provide.

4.2 Ownership and License

You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By submitting content, you grant ChoiceMate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use, reproduce, modify, and display your content
• Create derivative works (e.g., thumbnails, social previews)
• Distribute your content in connection with the Service
• Generate social media preview images incorporating your content

This license continues until you delete your content or account.

You may not upload, post, or transmit any content that:

Vote Integrity
